A Painter of portrait and Landscapes which are in the Arcadian vein of Francis Oliver Finch and George Barret Jnr. He was working from around 1790, His Brother John Brompton Cuming Also painted landscape and Topographical Subjects and Exhibited from 1810-1813, Richard was still active in 1803.
